At Meganova Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

After verification, we will offer:

  • a replacement,
  • partial refund,
    OR
  • full refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products
  • Used items
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
